All files and information you share with us — including video footage, speaker content, branding assets, and event data — are treated as confidential. Your content will never be shared, used, or distributed outside your project scope.
2. Secure Transfers & Storage
We use secure, encrypted platforms (such as Frame.io, Google Drive, or your preferred system) to handle all file transfers and deliveries. Files are stored in private, access-controlled environments and never left exposed or stored beyond the duration of the project unless requested.
3. Team Access Controls
Only the assigned Rapid Teams editors and project leads involved in your delivery will have access to your files. All team members operate under signed confidentiality agreements and follow strict handling protocols.
4. Data Retention Policy
We retain project files only for the agreed-upon timeframe. After project completion, files can be:
Archived securely (upon request), or
Deleted entirely from our systems.
You remain in control of your data lifecycle.
5. No AI Training, Ever
Your content will never be used to train AI models or third-party tools. We respect your intellectual property and your rights as the content owner.
6. Working with Trusted Platforms
We work with industry-standard tools and cloud-based platforms like:
- Brevo (for secure form and communication management)
- Frame.io, Google Drive, and other secure transfer tools
- Your preferred enterprise systems (we adapt to your stack)
All partners and tools comply with GDPR and other global data privacy standards.
7. You Own Your Content
From start to finish, you retain 100% ownership of your content. Our job is to help you polish and deliver it faster — not to repurpose or reuse it in any way.
